Nova União’s black belt, Leonardo Peçanha is building a solid career on America. Living for about six months in St. Louis, Peçanha had his third victory on Uncle Sam’s land. The tough fighter submitted the expert Ted Worthington, with a hand triangle on the event Victory Fighting, on February 6.
The Brazilian is optimist about his future on United States. “The man I fought has a lot of experience, 25 victories and 18 defeats, but now he has 19 (laugh). After the event, the promoter said I’ll fight for the title on the next and I’m very happy. The three last champions of my category went to UFC”, said Peçanha. Watch below the video of the fight.
